Is this true? Today I chat about how fiction (good fiction) works and suggest a different perspective:
To call it a LIE may be failing to capture what it really should be.
Fiction is a uniquely human way of uncovering deeper truths about ourselves and our world.

A problematic trend - flattening character arcs/ removing characters’ flaws out of fear of offending people. Humanity is messy but there is hope. Studying how to change will be more helpful than closing our eyes when there are problems. Have you seen flattened character arcs? Where? What did you think of the new life action Avatar Last Airbender on Netflix?

I wanted to chat about the trendy minimalist movement. As someone who used to live out of a suitcase, I have thoughts. Things can be really nice. It’s all about balance ❤️
